✨ POST-HOLIDAY RESET ✨

Not every Room to Breathe job has a dramatic “before and after”!

Today we visited a lovely, beautifully kept home for a post-holiday reset- because when you get home with multiple suitcases to empty, and 20 loads of washing to do, you just need someone to come in, get everything back in order and give you that lovely “ahhh, that’s better” feeling. 🥰

And yes… we forgot to take a before video because, honestly, it already looked pretty much like the after! 😂

Every week we see this client grow — not just in skills, but in confidence.
He’s learning how to keep his home more organised, how to take pride in his space, and how capable he truly is.

Today we baked another cake together, and the joy on his face says everything. Next week, we’ll be moving on to making a homemade spaghetti bolognaise — learning step by step, side by side.

We do like a challenge here at Room to Breathe!🧡

Admittedly this was achieved over two sessions, but this lovely gentleman had already made an amazing start by purchasing lots of plastic boxes and starting to file paperwork in folders etc. However he’d had some health problems and had got overwhelmed by it all.

Step in Katie and Tracy!

We went through every box and sorted everything into keep/donate/bin with him helping, had lots of laughs along the way and he now has a clear, clean and comfy place to sit🙂
