Mind Your Macros I'm the owner and founder of Mind Your Macros and I've helped thousands of people lose weight through a low-carb diet and I can help you too!

Mind Your Macros is all about eating a healthy, satisfying, nutritious, well-formulated, ketogenic diet for rapid weight loss. Figuring out a winning weight loss formula can be confusing. My role is to guide you step by step with timely, accurate information, support and accountability during your journey through weight loss and on to a new you. This diet is amazing because you don't feel deprived

. Being in ketosis is a natural appetite suppressant, I actually have to encourage most of my clients to eat enough food – their biggest complaint is that they feel too full to eat. There are amazing health benefits to being on a low-carb, ketogenic diet such as: improved mood, mental clarity, better sleep, clearer skin, fewer aches and pains. Decrease in: triglyceride serum levels, blood pressure, blood sugar, insulin levels and greater proportion of fat loss comes from the visceral fat in the abdominal cavity helping reduce and improve insulin sensitivity and Metabolic Syndrome. Most Type 2 Diabetics can reduce or eliminate need for medication effectively putting the disease into remission. Fast results give you the confidence and and the will power to stay on the diet. You can lose up to 25 lbs in the first month, then 1 – 3 lbs a week after that. The bigger you are the faster you will lose; I lost over 100 lbs in 12 months. The faster you see results, the more likely you are to stick to the plan. Go to my webpage to see more information about the services I offer and how to set up a free 15 minute consultation.

First pic was when I went into labor with my June 2022 baby, I was 245 pounds. I lost 30 lbs after I had her but I was stuck at 215 so I went back on a strict low carb diet with caloric restriction. I am not 155 lbs and feeling at ease in my body. Due to issues with my pregnancy and then joint issues from rampant inflammation postpartum I hadn’t worked out in 2 years. I’ve been back at the gym for 3 month now - it’s much harder to make the time with a 4 & 2 year old but I’m doing it 💪🏼 feeling healthy and strong - happy to see some muscles and I can’t wait to build more

Down 60 lbs and feeling good. It was harder this time vs 9 years ago - I’m older now and I have a 2 & 3 year old but I found my groove with intermittent fasting, eating whole foods, low carb, and waking up at 4 am to work out 3 times a week. Motivation might not always be constant so dedication has to be

Turns out getting pregnant at 40, having a baby at 41, getting pregnant *again* at 41 and having another baby at 42 is hard on the body.

I knew that I would be able to lose the weight with a low carb diet because I’ve done it before but I took me a while to get my mental game in check. Dieting does require some discomfort and sacrifices: being a little hungrier that usual and not being able to eat the foods I want but for me it’s been worth it, in 5 months I lost 50 lbs and I’m down 75 lbs from the height of my pregnancy

When I was pregnant this last time I developed SPD so I couldn’t work out while pregnant; I could barely walk without pain. I didn’t return to the gym once she was born either I had PPD/PPA and painful inflammation in my joints so with meds and time my brain & body healed

I lost 25 lbs in the immediate postpartum time and then after a year I realized that I was going to actually have work to take the rest off. I went back on a strict low carb diet back in August and lost 50 lbs in 5 months.

I still have DeQuervains tenosynovitis in my hand which, because of the repetitive motion of picking them up, is a common injury for parents of young children so I was nervous how that was going to affect my workout.

On Monday I went back to the gym for the first time in 2 years! I wake up at 4:15 am, get to the gym and 5 and workout for 45 minutes before heading home so I can have my coffee before the kids wake up at 6:30

It feels really good to get my nutrition and exercise back under control 💪🏼

I feel so much better

After losing 150 lbs I watched it creep back up slowly to 190 then covid happened and I gained 15 lbs in a few months, then I got pregnant and delivered my baby in Feb 2021 and 8 months later I got pregnant again!

Losing the baby weight is hard! I’m 44 and my metabolism is definitely not what it used to be
