Requirements:
•Matric/Senior Certificate
•Computer Literate
•2 years experience minimum using MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook Excellent and professional english communication
•Professional dress code Secretarial/Office admin experience
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the front desk and reception area Answer calls Compile daily logs Scheduling and reminders Preparing Quotes and Invoices Answering client queries Compiling documentation Filing.
