Please join me in congratulating and welcoming Dr Yola Dobela, our newly qualified PhD graduate from BCM EMS.
Dr Dobela started her journey in the Public Service in 2019. Through dedication and perseverance, she pursued her studies in Public Administration and has now successfully completed her fourth academic qualification, culminating in the attainment of her PhD.
We are immensely proud of this remarkable achievement. Dr Dobela's success is a testament to the value of lifelong learning and continuous self-development. She will undoubtedly serve as an inspiration to our EMS colleagues and motivate many to pursue the academic route while continuing to serve our communities with distinction.
