I work with a select few women who want to deepen their connection to their bodies through movement and dance. I’m deeply interested in continuing my studies and exploring creative, effective ways to increase range of motion, strength, and body awareness.

This concept is one of the approaches I teach in my 1:1 sessions. By combining mobility, strength, and mindful movement, we create greater freedom, control, and expression in the body, both in dance and in everyday life.
