WHAT A HEART WARMING TESTIMONY
How great to recieve past students feedback on the Journey.
Everything you learn, you can gift those you love with your expertise..
It's more than a career, it's a calling.
Dear Mrs Noreen Whiting,
My name is Rabbeca Bozho, your student. I’m now working and living in East London as a caregiver for the elderly, children, and people with special needs and disabilities. I graduated in Johannesburg. 😍😍
Mrs Whiting, with deep gratitude I need you to hear this: You didn’t just train me for a job. You prepared me for a calling.
Last month I paused my duties as a caregiver and flew to Zimbabwe for my own mother. She was very ill and confused. Dementia is real, and it hit home hard.
But the training and grooming I received from you kicked in. I used every skill you taught me. In 2 weeks, my mother turned a corner. I got her to Mtendere Mission Hospital in Zambia where specialists treated her. I bathed her, stayed by her side, and cared for her the way you taught me to care for others.
Today she is doing great and better than ever. I’ve never felt more attached to her.
Mrs Whiting, thank you for shaping me into the caregiver I am. Because of you, I could answer the call when my own family needed me most. Caregiving is not only a job. It is a calling no one can take from us.
Please feel free to share this. Our elderly need us, and dementia is real. We must look back to them in times like this.
With all my appreciation,
Rabbeca Bozho
