Upper arms are one of the areas I am asked about most often.

My arm sculptings sessions take one hour and combine three different technologies.

Radio frequency provides controlled heat, EMS creates muscle contractions, and the cold hammer provides a cooling finish at the end of the treatment.

Each has a different role within the session, which is why I use them together rather than relying on one method alone.
