When movement, nature and sound come together.
We had the pleasure, once again, of being part of the K-Way South Africa x EpicHikesSA morning in Cape Town, where we co-facilitated a grounding sound bath and fire ceremony.
There’s something beautiful about moving through nature, gathering in community, and creating space to pause, reconnect and simply be.
