Centered Living with Jillian Lambert Lifestyle and emotional intelligence for a beautiful life Jillian is a gifted facilitator with a unique balance of hard and soft skills.

Her wisdom, experience and knowledge are woven deeply in a centred, powerful way into all of the spaces she holds. A 16 year career in Human Resources preceded her 17 year spiritual journey. The two combine to weave the magic of masculine and feminine energy in a profound way that inspires and supports a journey to a deeply centred growth space. oy can be intrinsically felt through all of her offerings, from boardroom to kitchen table. She is a joyful, authentic individual, living out her philosophy that what we create in this lifetime is dependent on the choices we make … every day and every interaction. We have thousands of opportunities to continually recreate who we are, how we present ourselves to this world and what footprint we leave behind. I look forward to meeting you and witnessing your living from the centre and how it touches the world. CENTERED LEADERSHIP JOURNEYS

Many of us spend years learning how to lead others.

Far fewer spend time learning how they lead themselves.

How do you respond when things don’t go according to plan?

What happens when you’re under pressure?

What do you do when you’re overwhelmed, disappointed or uncertain?

These moments reveal far more about our leadership than any title ever will.

The work of centered leadership begins with understanding ourselves.

If you’d like to explore that journey more deeply, you’re welcome to reach out to me.

I've been contemplating how difficult it is for many people to stop, because life keeps asking something of them.
Whether it be work, family, commitments or the next thing that needs our attention.

Often, before one thing is finished, another arrives, and so we keep moving.

Taking time out isn't necessarily about getting away.
It's about stepping out of the noise long enough to hear ourselves again.

To notice what you've been feeling.
To reflect on where you are, and
To reconnect with what matters most.

Sometimes, a few hours can change our perspective, and sometimes, it takes a few days.

Either way, creating time is rarely time lost.
It's often where clarity begins.

FRIDAY'S LEADERSHIP CHALLENGE

You can prepare thoroughly
and still avoid the real conversation.

Taking Time Out Isn’t a Luxury
It’s easy to convince ourselves we’ll slow down once things calm down.

After the project, after the deadline, and often after everyone else is taken care of.
Yet life has a habit of filling every available space.

Taking time out is about creating enough distance to see life more clearly.
Sometimes what we need most is a break long enough to hear our own thoughts again.

What would it look like if you gave yourself that space?
