We’re excited to host a Vitality Wellness Day on Friday, 13 December from 07:00–13:00 at our practice. 🌿

This event is the perfect opportunity to complete your annual Vitality Fitness Assessment
and gain an understanding of your cardiovascular fitness, strength, mobility and overall physical function.

💪🏼The Vitality Fitness Assessment includes cardiovascular, strength and flexibility testing to give you an accurate picture of your current fitness level — and the chance to earn up to 10 000 Vitality points, depending on your results.

🩺A Vitality nurse will also be on-site to conduct the Vitality Health Check, a set of essential health screenings assessing:
• Body-mass index
• Blood pressure
• Blood glucose
• Cholesterol
• Smoking status

This check helps you identify key health risks and empowers you to take proactive steps through lifestyle changes and appropriate follow-up. If any results fall outside the healthy range, a consultation with your doctor is recommended.

Our Biokineticist will guide you through each assessment, explain your results, and provide clear direction on what to focus on going forward.

A surreal experience being at the Masters this year with Charl Schwartzel. Being the physio of the 2011 Masters Champion was truly a privilege. Congratulations to Rory McIlroy for taking home the trophy and donning the green jacket.
