The KWELA Rangers want YOU!

🌿 Do you love organising, communicating with people and making things happen?

We're looking for a part-time Operations Coordinator to help make KWELA Camp possible.

This flexible, work-from-home role is perfect for someone who is organised, proactive and wants to make a real difference behind the scenes.

You'll help with:
•⁠ ⁠Camper applications and parent communication
•⁠ ⁠⁠Administration and record keeping
•⁠ ⁠⁠Sponsorship and donor
•⁠ ⁠⁠Pre-camp planning and logistics
•⁠ ⁠⁠Building systems that help KWELA grow
•⁠ ⁠⁠Facilitating the NPO Registration

The role includes:
•⁠ ⁠Part-time, flexible hours
•⁠ ⁠⁠Work from home or office based (Somerset West)
•⁠ ⁠⁠Bi-weekly team meetings
•⁠ ⁠⁠Meaningful work with an incredible team

Your work will help more children experience the magic of KWELA Camp 🌿
