We're still urgently looking for support towards fuel and vehicle maintenance. Every day, our home-based care team travels into rural communities to bring medicine, nutritional support, specialised hospice care, and hope to children who are too ill to reach a clinic or hospital. Without reliable vehicles, we simply can't reach them.

Friends, please take a minute to read an urgent Butterfly appeal 👇🏾👇🏼

This week's need simply couldn't wait for our usual Wednesday Wishlist.

If we're honest, this has been one of the hardest financial seasons we've faced.

Asking for help never gets easier, but every appeal begins with the same reason: a child is waiting.

Today, we're urgently asking for help with fuel and vehicle maintenance.

Every day, our home-based care team travels into rural communities to bring medicine, nutritional support, specialised hospice care, and hope to children who are too ill to reach a clinic or hospital. Without reliable vehicles, we simply can't reach them.

Our patient numbers have grown significantly in recent months. Every new referral means more kilometres travelled, more fuel used, and more wear on the vehicles we depend on every single day.

We've seen God's faithfulness through this incredible community time and time again, and we're so grateful for every person who walks this journey with us.

Some seasons ask more of us than we ever imagined.

When life feels heavy and the road ahead seems long, may God renew a steadfast spirit within us. One that keeps trusting, keeps hoping, and keeps putting one foot in front of the other, even on the difficult days.

May He also give us a willing heart, ready to love, serve, and remain faithful wherever He has placed us.

It takes hundreds of thousands of Rands a month to run a children’s hospice. As a non-profit we are fully reliant on the generosity of donors to keep our doors open and care for children with terminal and life-threatening illness. We simply cannot continue this task without the help of corporate sponsors.
