Our Grade R teacher guided the learners in creating their very own little storybooks, and the results are truly heartwarming. Each child poured their imagination into their story, and the pride they feel in holding their own book is something special to see.
We are so proud of their creativity, confidence, and effort. Well done to our young authors—your stories matter and your voices are important.

What a magical way to celebrate World Book Day! 📚✨

Our Building Blocks Day Care Centre children enjoyed an exciting field trip, travelling on the Go George bus to the George Library, where their imaginations came to life through stories, books, and discovery.

World Book Day is all about inspiring a love for reading, and our little ones did just that exploring new adventures, learning, and enjoying every moment 📖💫

To make the day even more special, the children ended off their trip with delicious meals from McDonald's, sharing laughs and creating memories together 🍟🍔

Moments like these remind us that learning happens everywhere and that every story read is a seed planted for a brighter future 🌱

We were honoured to welcome Minister Ricardo McKenzie from the Western Cape Department of Sports, Arts and Culture to Building Blocks Day Care Centre.

The department generously donated balls and skipping ropes to support our children's sports development, and the Minister also spent time reading to our little ones highlighting the importance of literacy from an early age.

We are deeply grateful for this investment Sports in our children's future. Team Building Blocks!!

Today we were honoured to welcome Minister Ricardo McKenzie from the Western Cape Department of Sports, Arts and Culture to Building Blocks Day Care Centre.

The department generously donated balls and skipping ropes to support our children’s sports development, and the Minister also spent time reading to our little ones, emphasising the importance of literacy from an early age.
