What a wonderful Wellness event yesterday and today at the George Airport! ✈️💚

Beyond the health and wellness conversations, one of the highlights was building wonderful new relationships with the incredible people I met. It’s amazing how getting to know the people behind the scenes can change your experience of a place.

I think flying through George Airport is going to feel a little different from now on — with so many familiar faces to greet! 😊

🍲 Winter Is Soup Season!

It can be a nutrient-dense meal that keeps you satisfied, supports your immune system, and helps meet your family's protein needs.

🥩 Include quality protein
Protein helps keep you fuller for longer and supports muscle maintenance, growth, and recovery.

Choose:
✅ Chicken, beef, venison, mince, or fish
✅ Lentils, beans, chickpeas, split peas or soybeans
✅ Or combine animal and plant proteins

🥕 Make the most of seasonal winter vegetables

Add:
🧡 Butternut
🥕 Carrots
🥬 Cabbage
🥦 Broccoli
🌿 Spinach
🧅 Onions and leeks
🥔 Sweet potato or potato

🌈 Boost the nutrition even further
✔ Add a variety of colourful vegetables
✔ Include beans or lentils for extra fibre
