If you’re feeling like this….😦 Read that again😊⤴️

Relaxation is what happens on day two of a holiday, or a long weekend when you stop checking your phone or rushing from one task to the next.

Regulation is when your nervous system actually shifts - when your body stops bracing, stops scanning, stops waiting for the next thing.

The New Moon in Cancer arrives today - and this one lands softly🌑

It's a supermoon, closer to earth than most, with Mercury retrograde sitting right beside it. Less about beginning something loud. More about beginning something true.

Cancer asks a quiet question: where do you feel held? Where are you safe enough to actually soften - to stop performing and start feeling?

This is a moon for the inner work. The things you've carried quietly. The patterns you're finally ready to see. The version of yourself you're slowly returning to. 🩵
