Somatic movement is mindful, exploratory movement that invites you to sense and move from the inside out - rather than aiming for a particular shape or external form - with attention on
In this practice, we listen for the bodyโs cues - noticing tension, ease, breath, or where we want to move next. Movements may include rocking, pulsing, spiralling, shaking, or simply sensing into a joint or muscle group to allow it to unwind. Weโll finish up with 10 minutes of somatic free dance.

Tending to pain, stress, trauma, or fatigue by reconnecting with the bodyโs innate intelligence.
๐ Shifting out of feeling โtired but wiredโ and creating the conditions for deep rest.
