🚨🐻‍❄️ ANIMAL ICE RESCUE! 🧊🐢

Oh no! Our little animals are trapped in the ice! ❄️ Time for a rescue mission. 🛟

This activity is SO much more than just melting ice. Tiny hands are working hard while their minds are figuring out how to save the animals. 💛

💧 Dropper: develops the pinching grasp and hand-eye coordination
💦 Squeezy bottle: strengthens the small muscles in the hands and builds hand strength
🔨 Kids-safe hammer/Spoon: builds hand strength, coordination and cause-and-effect understanding
🦖 Tongs: strengthens the fingers and hands while practising grasping and transferring objects
🧠 Problem-solving: “How can I get my animal out?” encourages persistence, experimentation and critical thinking
❄️ Sensory play: cold, wet, slippery, hard and melting textures provide a wonderful sensory experience

And perhaps the most important skill of all… PERSISTENCE! 💪✨

Try it at home with your little one’s favourite animals, freeze them overnight and let the rescue mission begin! 🧊🐘🐊

Always supervise little ones during sensory play and use age-appropriate tools.
