This is the most important step, but that diets and even some gut healing protocols often leave out.

Your gut health is linked to everything, every aspect of health. Let me know what is not linked to your gut, because I may not be aware but can't think of anything..

How would:

trying to lose weight be, or
Fixing digestive issues
SKin issues
poor immunity
Mood (depression and anxiety)
and a f*ck load more

If you KNOW the gut has major control over it

but you also know it is pretty much messed up just because you are living the life, stress and diet of a modern human?

If you want to change your health or any aspect of it, feel way f*cking better, have more energy, not get sick or allergies for every sneeze within a 1km radius from you...

I used to get a flu every single winter - until I healed my gut.

Now I rarely get sick, even when I am exposed to my clients daily, of whom most get sick at some point.

This is not coincidence, or fresh air from the ocean.

70-80% of your immune cells reside in the gut.

The fact that people who got worse symptoms from Covid, or long Covid, had bad gut health, is therefore not surprising.

So forget getting shots - take care of your gut and you don't have to worry about the latest virus or an annual flu.

(Remember that poor sleep, inadequate recovery from workouts and unmanaged stress all will undo efforts to improve your immunity - so make sleep, recovery and stress management a priority - all which affect your gut health significantly, by the way!)

How dumb are we making ourselves to rely on apps, to track our food intake?

You can relearn to feel your appetite or satiety signals, just like I did.

It makes life a whoooole lot easier.

I haven't seen many plans, maybe none, where the priority is to first heal the gut lining.

That is a non negotiable first step to a healthy gut.

You can't just start by increasing fibre or probiotic intake - for many people this will make things worse, not better.

It's a bit of a process, as is any significant change you make in your life.

Can't happen overnight.
