A few months ago, we shared the story of two young patients from Lesotho who were admitted to Busamed Modderfontein Private Hospital following a tragic accident.

Their journey has been one marked by courage, resilience, and extraordinary strength in the face of difficult circumstances.

We are deeply grateful to share that earlier this year, one of the patients successfully recovered and returned home to her loved ones.

Today, we are honoured to share another meaningful milestoneā€”Mamathombi Mothebe has now also been discharged and has safely returned home to Lesotho to continue her recovery surrounded by her family.

From critical care to rehabilitation, Mamathombiā€™s journey has been supported by a dedicated multidisciplinary team committed to providing not only advanced medical care, but also compassion, dignity, and hope throughout every step of her healing.
