The hospital is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and our services are further complemented with experienced specialists and professional nurses. The location is easily accessible from the N3 Highway as well as other main and arterial routes allowing for convenient access to our modern, quality healthcare facility. Our Emergency Centre operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is fully equipped to manage any medical emergency. Clinical care is provided by trauma trained doctors and nursing staff, with specialists on call should specialised treatment or admission be required. A Journey of Healing, Hope, and Homecoming

A few months ago, we shared the story of two young patients from Lesotho who were admitted to Busamed Modderfontein Private Hospital following a tragic accident.

Their journey has been one marked by courage, resilience, and extraordinary strength in the face of difficult circumstances.

We are deeply grateful to share that earlier this year, one of the patients successfully recovered and returned home to her loved ones.

Today, we are honoured to share another meaningful milestone—Mamathombi Mothebe has now also been discharged and has safely returned home to Lesotho to continue her recovery surrounded by her family.

From critical care to rehabilitation, Mamathombi’s journey has been supported by a dedicated multidisciplinary team committed to providing not only advanced medical care, but also compassion, dignity, and hope throughout every step of her healing.

This moment is more than a discharge—it is a celebration of life, resilience, and the power of teamwork in healthcare.
