🧠 July is Mental Health Awareness Month! 🧠
Read through the slides to find out more about what a mental illness is, why we need a month dedicated to mental health awareness, who can struggle with their mental health, and why you should absolutely seek help.
As the month is coming to an end, we want to remind you that it is okay to seek help if you are struggling mentally or emotionally. It can be difficult to find the right kind of help for you. See the list below of who you can contact:

Registered counsellors, psychologists, and psychiatrists are trained professionals who can provide mental health support and care on different levels. Most counsellors and psychologists offer an online option if distance and travelling is a problem. You can find them either in private practice or practising at counselling centres, hospitals, and online counselling platforms.
