What a rollercoaster.
I almost failed.
Many, many times.
I almost gave up.
Many, many times.
I almost lost my mind.
Many, many times.
I have come up with creativity on how and where to breastfeed.
Many, many times
I was empowered with information. I was supported by others.
Many, many times.
I have nourished, grown, comforted and loved on my babies using this incredible ability.
Many, many times.
Some days I wish my husband could breastfeed so that I can have a break.
Some days I wish he could breastfeed so that he can experience how amazing it is.
It is a rollercoaster.
It is a gift.
It is my go-to parenting tool.
It has bound me and it has freed me.
Being someone’s source of food is exhausting.
Breastfeeding is so hard and yet so rewarding.
Let’s be better at supporting each other.
