I saw this photo this morning and WOW how it speaks to me.🥰

Living in the present means being aware of what is happening right here and now. Including being aware that you are having thoughts about the past or the future. And knowing that they are just thoughts, not reality.
Part of living in the moment is taking the time to be grateful for what you have now (not in the past or the future)✨🌟

FREE TRAUMA SUPPORT GROUP
EVERY FIRST SATURDAY OF THE MONTH
3RD May at 11am till 12am

We support Trauma survivors with similar experiences, we meet in a safe and supportive environment to share each other's stories, learn coping mechanisms, and build a sense of community.

In our group our members can celebrate their successes and acknowledge the challenges they face, fostering a sense of hope and empowerment.

WHEN: Every first Saturday of the Month - 3rd of May, 7 June, 5 July, 2 August, 6 September, 4 October, 1 November 2025
