That is exactly what a blocked Throat Chakra feels like—the "lump in the throat" when you want to speak up, or the regret when you speak out of anger.

I like to think of the Heart Chakra as the busiest bridge in your inner world. It connects your grounded, physical needs with your higher, spiritual insights. Sometimes though, we "close the bridge" to protect ourselves from being hurt, but we end up feeling lonely on our own side.

Reiki helps clear the way. It doesn't push you across before you are ready, but simply creates a safe, quiet space for you to realize that you can step forward and still be protected. It’s about finding the balance between your boundaries and your connections, so love and compassion can flow back and forth safely. 🤍

Our physical bodies are constantly communicating, yet many of us have learned to override or ignore these signals. This online session invites you to listen more closely. Not to analyse or fix, but simply to notice and respond with care.

Together, we will practice listening to our inner radar, shifting our nervous systems back into a state of safety and peace, and remembering how to treat our bodies as true allies before the whispers turn into shouts.

You do not need any previous experience with Reiki to attend. Everyone is welcome.

The evening includes:
🤍a short, guided self-healing meditation to help you relax and tune inwards
🤍a shared Reiki healing from the Reiki practitioners on the call for all participants
🤍a brief reflective talk (±15 minutes) offering simple, practical insights into stress, finding safety and tuning into the body

This is not a teaching or training session. There is nothing to learn or do “correctly”. You are simply invited to arrive as you are, receive the support of the group, and take this time for yourself.

Your Solar Plexus is the furnace of your life. It’s where you turn your will into action. Think of it as the hearth of your inner home. When the fire is burning at the right temperature, you feel a steady, quiet confidence. You’re motivated, decisive, and warm.

But sometimes, the fire gets out of control. We become emotionally burnt out, controlling, or reactive. Other times, it’s barely a flicker, leaving us feeling unmotivated and small. Reiki is like the steady hand that tends the fire. It helps clear away the "ash" of self-criticism and balances the flame so you have enough heat to power your dreams without burning yourself out in the process.

Think of your Sacral Chakra as the "flavor" of your life. The energy centre of your joy, your play, and your spark. Have you ever felt like you’re just going through the motions? This center is where our creativity and emotions live. When it’s blocked, life feels rigid and grey. Reiki is like the gentle stirring that brings the sweet flavor back. It reminds you that you aren’t just here to work and produce; you are here to feel, to create, and to flow.

Your Root Chakra is your anchor. When your roots are shallow, every "wind" of change feels like a threat and if the root system is neglected, the tree can’t sustain any growth. If you are feeling constant "what-if" anxiety or a sense of being untethered, it's a sign your your foundation needs strengthening.

In my Reiki sessions, we focus on strengthening those roots. We move out of the wind of overthinking and back down into a sense of stability and safety. When you are deeply rooted, you don't have to fear the storm; you know you have the stability to bend without breaking.
