Thank you for showing up, opening your hearts, being brave and vulnerable, trusting me and the process and allowing your voices and yourselves to be seen and heard.

A beautiful journey from Self Doubt to Self Trust.
A deep exploration into the Self.
An unlocking and a peeling back of the layers to remember what already exists within us.

I learnt and grew so much myself along this journey, because as we teach, we learn.

Remembering to stay present, authentic, humble, and intentional is what I hope to be and share.

All participants will drop into Noble Silence after the opening share circle. This allows for a much deeper introspective experience to allow one to listen inwards, slow down and feel.
I will talk to facilitate the processes, which will flow from one to the next.

This is a wonderful opportunity to create space and stillness inside of yourself. For those of you warming up to the idea of coming on my annual weekend Silent Retreat, this is a great place to start.
