Day 2 of the Phola Mzansi Executive Masterclass takes us into the Tree of Life — exploring how this powerful narrative methodology can be used to support employee wellbeing and healthier workplaces.

Today, participants are not only learning about the methodology; they are experiencing it for themselves.

With pens, paper and reflection, they are beginning to draw their own Trees of Life — exploring their roots, strengths, connections, hopes and the experiences that have shaped who they are.

A tree becomes a powerful way of making visible the stories, strengths and relationships that people carry with them into the workplace.
