This morning 🌅 We resumed our fitness Journey.

- Personally, I'll be running at 6:00 am on Mon, Wed & Fri (since it's cold in the winter).

- Those who are not morning people can run at 17:00 in the afternoon.

Our Mantra *"Always running"* is ultimately about self-development than it is about physical exercise. It's about escaping old habits and building new progressive ones. So use this channel as a safe space and a source of motivation✅

Wishing everyone all the best with their personal endeavors, 🫱🏼‍🫲🏾❤️

Honestly, who the heck truly knows if everything happens for a reason or not...thats a debatable notion. It all depends on the lens through which you perceive the world. e.g whether you view things from a religious, cultural or scientological perspective, etc.

However, one thing all reasonable minds can agree upon is the fact that WE CAN ALL ALWAYS LEARN & GROW FROM OUR TRIBULATIONS and therefore the question to why we go through adversity becomes inconsequential.

Rule 1. KNOW YOURSELF💡 and expose your kids to as much as possible as they grow so they can get to know their strengths, weaknesses and uniqueness.

Rule 2. NURTURE YOUR STRENGTHS 🪴 Study and learn how to get even better at what your good at. Also improve your weaknesses.

Rule 3. SURROUND YOURSELF WITH LIKE MINDED PEOPLE🤝🏾. Those on the same path as you will make your Journey worthwhile. You will also gain accountability buddies to keep you on track.

Rule 4. EMBRACE THE STRUGGLE 🥵- Nothing worth achieving comes easy. Everything important in this world has difficulty attached to it. Some will give up, some won't start. Dont be afraid of the struggle it will make the achievement even more valuable.

Rule 5. FINAL and VERY IMPORTANT!! 😼

If you don't give it your best shot now, in this life; are you a cat?😹 do you have 9 lives? Will you commit your very best to your goals or will you grow to be regretful of the potential you didn't use?

KNOWING What to do is one thing & DOING what you know is another☝🏾 read that again!

KNOWING what to do to achieve a goal just requires INFORMATION. Whereas:

DOING what you know... requires motivation, DISCIPLINE and consistent WORK ETHIC.

An unfit person knows that they need to exercise to get fit, they may even fantasize over the idea of becoming fit But...they'll still need to wake up EVERY DAY to achieve that goal.

I honestly and wholeheartedly believe that EVERYONE has the potential to be more than they are. WORK ON YOURSELF!!!
