Simply boil 8

cups of water (2L) & add 2 to 3 spoons of herbs to the boiling water. Reduce the heat and allow it to simmer for 5 min, when the steam is at the comfortable temperature, simple pour the mixture into the steaming bowl and place it into the supper clean toilet. Undress from waist down and seat on the toilet and cover with the towel or fleece blanket to lock the steam. PRECAUTIONS OF STEAMING
