WORKSHOP TESTAMONIAL 🌿🌟

“I attended Janet and Gita’s Somatic Movement & TRE Workshop about a month ago, and it truly changed my life.

Before the workshop, I was feeling anxious, exhausted, stressed all the time, and struggling to sleep. After attending, I could immediately feel a difference in my nervous system. I felt calmer, more relaxed, and I slept well for the first time in months.

Janet and Gita genuinely care about helping people navigate stress and overwhelm. The workshop opened up a whole new way of life for me and helped me begin resetting my nervous system.

I am continuing my TRE journey because I can see and feel the positive effects it is having on my wellbeing. I highly recommend this workshop to anyone who is feeling stressed, tired, anxious, or disconnected from themselves.”

Are you experiencing insomnia?

You climb into bed exhausted, but your mind won’t switch off.

You replay conversations.
You think about tomorrow.
You toss and turn, waiting for sleep to come.

Many people assume insomnia is simply a sleep problem. Sometimes it’s actually a nervous system problem.

When the body is carrying stress, it can remain in a state of alertness long after the stressful event has passed. Even when you’re physically tired, your nervous system may still be acting as though it needs to stay awake and vigilant.

This is why relaxation techniques, mindfulness, and body-based practices can be so helpful. They support the body’s ability to shift out of survival mode and into a state where rest becomes possible.

TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) is one approach that works with the body’s natural tremor mechanism to help release stress and tension patterns held in the body.

Sleep is not something we force.
Sleep is something that happens when the body feels safe enough to let go.

Have you ever noticed a connection between your stress levels and your ability to sleep?

❓DO YOU HAVE RESTLESS LEG SYNDROME?

Do you struggle with uncomfortable sensations in your legs, an urge to keep moving them, or difficulty relaxing and sleeping at night?

While TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) is not a treatment or cure for Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS), many people find that learning to release chronic tension from the body helps them feel calmer, more grounded, and more comfortable.

🌿 How TRE® may support people living with RLS:

✔️ Helps release accumulated muscular tension and stress patterns
✔️ Encourages deep relaxation within the nervous system
✔️ May improve body awareness and help identify areas of chronic holding
✔️ Supports better stress management, which can influence sleep quality
✔️ Promotes a greater sense of calm, balance, and connection within the body

TRE® works by activating the body’s natural tremoring mechanism, allowing the body to release tension in a gentle and controlled way.

Many participants report:
✨ Feeling more relaxed
✨ Sleeping more deeply
✨ Experiencing less overall tension in their bodies
✨ Greater ease and comfort in daily life

Every person’s experience is unique, and TRE® should be viewed as a complementary wellness practice rather than a medical treatment.

Myth: “TRE is only for people with major trauma.”

Fact:

TRE can be used for everyday stress, tension, burnout, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, poor sleep, and physical tightness — not only severe trauma. Many people use it simply for nervous system regulation and relaxation.
