Please note that we do not sell medical sick certificates or sick note.

Recently, someone asked us how much we charge to sell a sick note. The answer is simple: we don't sell sick certificates.

A medical sick certificate is issued only after a proper medical consultation when a doctor determines that you are genuinely unwell and require time to recover. Its purpose is to support your recovery and, in cases of contagious illnesses such as the flu or a persistent cough, to help protect your coworkers and the public from infection.

Please do not contact us asking to buy a sick certificate without a consultation. If you are ill, we will gladly assess you, provide the appropriate treatment, and, where medically indicated, issue a sick certificate.
Some say, "I don't want to consult, I just want to buy a sick note".

About Dr KM Khosa

Dr KM Khosa is a qualified medical doctor who obtained his MBChB degree from the former Medical University of Southern Africa (MEDUNSA), now known as Sefako Makgatho Health Sciences University.

Beyond medicine, Dr Khosa is a businessman, keynote speaker, health and wellness advocate, and entrepreneur with a passion for innovation and improving access to healthcare.

Born to a teenage mother and raised from humble beginnings, Dr Khosa's journey is a testament to his belief that success is not determined by where you come from, but by where you are going. His life story continues to inspire many people to pursue their dreams despite challenging circumstances.

In February 2023, Dr KM Khosa launched Dr Khosa Online Medical Services, an innovative healthcare platform that enables patients to consult with a doctor from anywhere in South Africa without the inconvenience of travelling long distances.
