This Breastfeeding Awareness Week, we celebrate breastfeeding while remembering that every mother’s journey is different.

Whether you breastfeed, combination feed or formula feed, your baby needs to be fed, loved and cared for. Fed is best, and mothers deserve support, not judgement.

And a reminder for new mums: breastfeeding is not automatically contraception. Ovulation can return before your first period, meaning pregnancy is possible soon after delivery, even if your previous pregnancy was achieved through IVF.
