NOT EVERYONE HAS TO UNDERSTAND YOUR JOURNEY

I think one of the most exhausting jobs women have...is trying to be misunderstood by no one.

Think about how much energy we spend explaining ourselves.

"I didn't mean it like that."

"I hope you don't think..."

"I just don't want anyone to be upset."

We replay conversations in our heads.

We rewrite messages before we send them.

We apologize for things that don't need apologizing….not because we've done something wrong... but because we've been taught that keeping everyone comfortable is somehow our responsibility.

and here's the question I’ve been asking myself...

what if peace and approval aren't the same thing?

because they're not.

You can be at peace...and someone can still misunderstand you.

You can do the right thing...

and someone can still be disappointed.

You can finally choose yourself...

and someone else might not like that choice.

One of the things i believe God has been teaching me lately is this:

Not everyone has to understand your calling for you to walk in it.

That alone is incredibly freeing because maybe the goal was never to make sure everyone approves of your life.

Maybe the goal was to live it with integrity, with courage, with kindness, and with the quiet confidence that comes from knowing who you are.

I wonder how many women are exhausted...
not from doing too much...but from trying to be understood by everyone.

so let me ask you...

This past weekend Our Team was out there Saturday (Midrand) and Sunday(East London) and look at the attendance , people braved the cold weather because one source of income is not enough !

Our packages starts from
> R1600 or R3100 quarter stock or R5300 half stock
Full Member combo
>R7400 combo or R10600 full stock

We get paid 4 times a month:

1st, 11th, 15th and 22nd every month – depending on how much you’ve worked throughout the month so we getting paid for signing up people ( referral bonus of R2500 for each person or R1688 for each person if they joined with the R7400 combo)

The 15th is our volume bonus payday – this is when we get paid for the work we did throughout the previous month.

So for all the work we did last month we will get paid this month on the 15th, You write your own cheque of income througj your effort.

Each and every month we get commission slips and income is entirely effort dependant ranging from Supervisors get paid minimum from +/- R7K- R10K
Assistant managers +/- R16800
Managers +/- R42800
