Ever heard of a cryptic pregnancy?

It's when someone is pregnant without realizing it - sometimes all the way until labour. It can go unnoticed due to irregular periods, little to no typical symptoms, or signs that are easily mistaken for something else. Factors like having PCOS, recently giving birth, or high stress levels can also make it harder to recognize.

If you've ever been diagnosed with PCOS, this is worth knowing!

PCOS has been renamed PMOS to 'Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome'. And the change is more meaningful than it might seem.

Many women spent years being dismissed because their experience didn't "match" the name. But PMOS has always been about so much more than cysts.
