🦒💚 Sometimes the smallest moments leave the biggest footprints on our hearts...
This photo captures something that means so much to us.
Dr Malan has always believed that the best way to care for a child is to first earn their trust. Sometimes that means sitting on a tiny chair, getting down to their level, listening to their stories, and playing with a few toy cars before the examination even begins.
Recently, one very special little patient reminded us just how powerful kindness can be.
He arrived carrying his own collection of toy cars and asked if he could leave them here so that other children would have something to play with while they waited. ❤️🚗
His beautiful gesture inspired The Kindness Garage.
A little place where children can share, imagine, play, and perhaps leave with a smile just a little bigger than when they arrived.
Because at our practice, we believe that caring for children is about more than medicine...
It's about making them feel safe.
It's about building trust.
It's about showing kindness.
And sometimes, it's about sitting on a little yellow chair and talking about toy cars. 💚🦒
If your child has a toy car at home that is no longer being played with and would like to donate it to The Kindness Garage, we'd be honoured to give it a new adventure with another little patient.
