✨ ME TIME… BUT MAKE IT SKIN MAGIC! ✨

Today marked the FIRST of many gatherings where like-minded women came together to relax, rejuvenate, re-energise & simply breathe… while their skin got to do exactly the same! 💆‍♀️✨

The ultimate collaboration of BODY + MIND + SKIN =
💫 Foundational Frequency x Skin Fundi 💫

We kicked off the morning with a delicious healthy drink, followed by a little Dermaceutic skin love:

🫧 A good cleanse with Oxybiome
✨ Repair Ceutic — the new leave-on mask — applied to let the skin get busy healing, hydrating & rejuvenating
☀️ Finished with Sun Ceutic or K Ceutic because protected skin is happy skin!

And then… we lay back, relaxed and let the EE System (Energy Enhancement) do its thing — activating light at the core of our DNA. ✨

🎁 One very lucky lady walked away with some AMAZING Dermaceutic goodies, while everyone went home with gorgeous Dermaceutic samples AND, of course, sunscreen on their skin — ready to face the outside world!

But honestly… the biggest takeaway?

Sometimes you just need to STOP. BREATHE. RESET. AND GIVE YOURSELF SOME MUCH-NEEDED ME TIME. ❤️

What a treat. What a morning. What a beautiful bunch of women. 🥰

And this is only the beginning… ✨

Living with chronic pain or inflammation?

When pain becomes part of your everyday life, you can almost forget what it feels like to move through your day without constantly thinking about it.

One client, Jasmine, shared her experience after her EE System session:

“I have had a chronic neck condition for many years that flares up. After the second session, all of the pain, tightness and restricted range of movement in my neck had left and has not returned.”

At Foundational Frequency, our Sanctuary provides a deeply restorative environment designed to support the body’s natural recovery processes and overall wellbeing.

Giving your body the right environment to rest, restore and rebalance is such an important part of your wellness journey.

✨ What could your body feel like with the right support?
