Did you know your baby can taste what you eat? 🍎

By around 8 weeks of pregnancy, your baby's taste buds begin to develop. As they swallow amniotic fluid, they experience subtle flavours from the foods you enjoy. Research suggests that this early exposure to a variety of healthy foods may help shape their taste preferences after birth.
Every nutritious meal is an opportunity to introduce your little one to a world of flavours! 💚

✨ Your body was made to move during labour.

Labour isn't meant to happen in just one position. As your baby makes their way down, your body naturally encourages you to walk, sway, squat, kneel, lean forward, or even labour in water. These movements help your pelvis open, allow your tailbone to move freely, and let gravity assist your baby's descent.
Lying flat on your back can limit your pelvis's natural movement and make birth more challenging. When you are free to follow your instincts, you are often helping your body and your baby work together.
Every labour is unique, so choose the positions that feel right for you. Trust your body, listen to its cues, and remember—you were designed for this incredible journey. 🤍

💡 Interesting fact: Walking, changing positions, and staying upright during labour can help encourage your baby to rotate into the ideal position for birth, which may contribute to a smoother, more efficient labour.
