Take a deep breath, let it out slowly, say this prayer and then keep reading:
"Thank you, angels, for revealing to me what I need to know".
Beltane is the festival of fire, passion, and pleasure. It calls you to set your soul alight and follow what brings you joy. This isn’t about duty or obligation—it’s about choosing what makes you feel alive.
Beltane, celebrated around May 1st in the northern hemisphere and November 1st in the southern hemisphere, is one of the great Celtic fire festivals. It marks the height of spring and the turning toward summer. Traditionally, bonfires were lit, maypoles were danced around, and unions of love were celebrated. It was (and still is) a time of fertility, vitality, and the joyful spark of creation.
When the Beltane card appears, it carries an invitation to reconnect with your passion. Ask yourself: “What sets my soul on fire?” You may have been holding back, doing what you “should,” or living only for others. This card is your reminder that joy is sacred. It isn’t selfish, it’s fuel for your spirit, and when you follow it, you light the way for others too.
This card also reminds you of the power of love—romantic, creative, or divine. Beltane is a season of union and attraction, when energy multiplies when shared, and you’re being encouraged to open to connection and to let passion—in whatever form—flow freely.
Light a candle or a small fire and focus on its flame, knowing that within you, a spark of light and goodness is growing. Think about what lights you up and how you can spend more time doing what makes you happy.
