We set up our recovery lounge at the St. Andrews Netball Festival, where athletes had access to immediate post-game recovery support.

Grateful to have partnered with the Nashua yesterday for a powerful Wellness Day experience.
We supported employees with hands-on recovery solutions, including compression boot therapy,
massage gun therapy, and portable recovery devices like our massage belt all aimed at relieving muscle tension, improving circulation, and supporting overall wellbeing.

A key insight from the day was the high level of back, shoulder, and knee pain largely caused by long hours of sitting and daily work demands. Through our sessions, we not only provided relief but also shared practical tips and tools employees can use to manage pain and improve recovery beyond the workplace.

We also introduced wellness products such as magnesium spray and essential massage oils, along with nutritious smoothies and health juices to support energy, recovery, and overall health.

At Divine Health Recovery, we go beyond just offering a service we focus on education, prevention, and sustainable wellness solutions that support both employees and organisations.
