We stumbled across this Tomato & Lentil Stew recipe from Blissful Basil and knew we had to share it with our ATE crew.

It’s rich, warming, nourishing and made with simple pantry staples you can find in store.

You’ll need:
🫒 Olive oil
🧅 Onion & garlic
🌿 Rosemary & thyme
🍅 Crushed tomatoes
🥣 French green lentils
🥄 Tamari & balsamic vinegar

Simply sauté the onion, garlic and herbs, add the remaining ingredients, and let it simmer away into the perfect cosy bowl for chilly evenings.
