Experimenting with some aquaponic/hydroponic winter celery and leeks and adding some comfrey.
Seeing how quickly the plants are responding and growing in the "dead " of Winter is encouraging.

The story of the twisted forest grape vine...
Growth is inevitable even if you go off the path.

Along a forest path 50 - 100 years ago a gust of wind or a being of sorts (animal, human, or other), walked along only to get tangled in a spindly little vine. In a moment of huff the vine was flicked to the side growing into a strong loop - one with the trees and comfortable in its loopiness.

We hosted a delightful and gentle women's sweatlodge this past weekend. Casey Horn held a beautiful space. Sweatlodges are a visceral way to commune with the elements and reconnect to heart, purity and truth.

SHAMBOH.....let there be peace.
We have a garden, a growing, developing Food Forest.
Organic, compost, mulch, nutrient rich dam water
But it is so much more.
Walking barefoot, our feet connect to the roots of the plants and there is a cellular communication and connection.
The medicine, the nutrients from the plant are vibrationally in sync.
Then the next thing that you know you are connecting with a huge world wide community who are choosing a harmonious, inclusive and co-creative way of living.
Can we prove this theory........no, we can't....but we don't need to....we live it.
