A successful mothers' cooking day was held today, focusing on the types of food to give children at different times of the day. The importance of providing balanced meals, including fruits, vegetables, proteins, and energy-giving foods, was emphasized. Mothers were also encouraged to feed children at the right times and maintain proper hygiene when preparing food. The cooking demonstration and discussions were interactive, with mothers actively participating. The session enhanced their knowledge of child nutrition and healthy feeding practices. Attendance: 20 mothers and 35 children. 😊 😊
