Paracetamol overdose causes toxicity due to accumulation of an active metabolite of paracetamol.

Normal dose should not exceed 4000mg within 24 hours.
There might not be symptoms in the first 24hrs
That doesn't mean that you are safe, immediate response is needed.
# Don't take acetaminophen (Panadol) anyhow
It can damage the liver.

Coartem( lumenfantrine + artemether ) can't be used as prophylactic(preventive )drug for malaria due to short post- treatment protective window. Therefore, always test first before starting the dosage.
It might lead to drug resistance 🫠
