Today, the University Teaching Hospitals – Eye Hospital held a productive World Sight Day Preparatory Meeting with our valued partners as we continue preparations for this year’s commemoration.

We are grateful to our partners for their positive engagement and commitment to working with us in making World Sight Day 2026 a meaningful and impactful event.

Through strong partnerships and collective action, we remain committed to raising awareness about Eye health Care, promoting access to quality eye health care services, and contributing towards the prevention of avoidable blindness and visual impairment.
