🔴 MUSIC / Fally Ipupa reveals tomorrow "XX DELIRIUM", a pharaonic project

Fally Ipupa's new project, "XX DELIRIUM", will be available this Friday at midnight on all music streaming and download platforms.

With 51 unreleased tracks divided into four volumes, the Congolese singer signs one of the most voluminous projects of his career and intends to make a new mark on the history of Congolese rumba. An unprecedented phonographic production, which far exceeds the usual formats of his previous albums: Droit Chemin (12 tracks), A.D.B.M. (16 tracks), Power "Kosa Leka" (27 tracks), Control (31 tracks) and Formule 7 (31 tracks).

In the recent history of Congolese music, only Fally Ipupa and Koffi Olomidé have distinguished themselves by releasing projects of this magnitude. Koffi Olomidé had notably made an impression with Troisième Apôtre, in 2015, with 39 songs, and then with Légende, released in two editions, Millénium and Platinum, totaling 48 tracks in 2022 and 2024. With his 51 tracks, "XX DELIRIUM" now places Fally Ipupa in a new dimension in terms of musical production.

5 THINGS THAT QUIETLY DAMAGE A MARRIAGE

Not every marriage problem begins with something dramatic.

Sometimes it starts with:

1. Constant criticism
2. Comparing your spouse to others
3. Silent treatment
4. Taking each other for granted
5. Discussing private matters with everyone

Small habits can create big distance over time.

Protect your marriage by paying attention to the things that seem "small."

What you repeatedly tolerate can eventually become your relationship's culture.

Which one do you think couples struggle with most????

LD, hubby seems to have a problem with havin HIS stronger enough to sustain TLOF TLOF. He was diagnosed with diabetes. So the consistency ain’t there. Last time I even thought he had a side chick or he was bewitched.

Until when we went to the hospital and they found that his sugar levels were very high.

Well, after discovering the problems , we then knew that it wasn’t about whatever I thought about.

Now, he has told me that , I can find a man , for as long as he has no idea , and I can be doing things with him, again for as long as he has no idea , but I am satisfied , he will be okay with it.

He is 60, and 45.

Been married for 25 years. With 5 children

What’s your best advise.

😭😭😭😭 Today I want to talk about Toxic Help. Have you ever received help that you desperately needed, but the way it was given to you left you wounded? You needed groceries because life was hard. Someone helped you, yes, but before they helped you, they complained. They lectured you. They reminded you how much you were costing them. They made you feel small. By the time the groceries arrived, you were grateful for the food, but emotionally, something had already happened to you.😭😭😭😭

Or someone agrees to pay your fees, but every payment comes with, “Do you know how much I sacrifice for you?” Every deadline becomes, “Don’t put me under pressure. I’m the one helping you.”

I remember someone I knew at school who actually missed an exam because the relative who had agreed to pay the examination fee refused to be “pressured” by the deadline. She eventually paid, but the exam had already been missed.😭😭😭

That is Toxic Help.

This is where it becomes complicated because you ARE grateful. You know that without certain people, there are seasons of your life you might not have survived. But some of those same people are also the reason you developed a deep fear of ever needing anybody again. They are the reason you quietly promised yourself, "may I never be in a position where I need this person again".

Because they helped you, yes, but they made you jump through flaming hoops for the help. They fed you while humiliating you for being hungry. They paid your fees while making sure you understood that you were a burden. They rescued you while constantly reminding you that you needed rescuing.

That does something to a person.Sometimes the person you helped is genuinely grateful to you and still carries resentment towards you. Both things can be true. Gratitude does not automatically erase humiliation.

So perhaps we also need to talk about HOW we help people. Because help is not only about whether you gave. It is also about what you did to someone’s dignity while you were giving.

Sometimes you can meet someone’s immediate need and still leave them with a wound they spend years trying to heal.😭😭😭😭

That is Toxic Help.
