What you're seeing here is not an ordinary swelling, this is a Syphilitic Gumma, a non- cancerous swelling that can result from Syphilis.

This young woman had this for a year , a test for Syphilis was done and was found to be positive, after a series of Benzathine penicillin 2.4 M.U for 3 weeks the growth resolved.

It comes through oral s*xual in*******se which can of course also cause throat cancer.☺
