Ndola District Health Office yesterday handed over motor bikes to 5 CBVs who will work in the drive initiative project by UNICEF.Their role will be to delivery vaccines upto the outreach point. This will surely play a critical role in ensuring that no child is left without being vaccinated.

Epidermic preparedness is very critical to each and everyone of us,as we all play critical roles in anticipation and prevention of diseases or events.

Ndola District Health Office held three(3)days RCCE/Epidemic Epidemic Preparedness Training for CBVs and Health Workers.

Present also were the teams from Copperbelt Provincial Health Office,Mpongwe DHO,Luanshya DHO and Masaiti DHO.

This is an announcement from the Ministry Of Health(Ndola District Health Office).There is a team of data collectors under Zambia National Public Health Institute (ZNPHI)moving door to door conducting Health census in fifteen (15)wards in Ndola.

They are collecting information on number of house hold members, deaths,births and pregnancies.

This information will be very essential in policy implementation as well other decision making efforts. Kindly welcome them.
