As caregivers in Zambia, it is important to have your NHCAZ Membership Certificate and License ID as part of your professional identification and affiliation with the Association.

Being a registered member is not just about receiving a certificate or license and being left on your own. It is also our responsibility to support our registered members by connecting them to available job opportunities.

Our goal is to help bridge the gap between caregivers and clients who are looking for qualified and dedicated caregivers.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL NHCAZ MEMBERS

Kindly note that NHCAZ does not employ you directly. Our role is to connect you with clients who are looking for caregivers.

Once we introduce you to a client, you will have a direct interview with the client, either by phone or face-to-face. From that point, you are responsible for discussing the job, duties, working hours and salary directly with the client.

We have noticed that many clients do not know where to find trained caregivers, so NHCAZ is simply helping to bridge that gap by connecting our members to available opportunities.
