My heart goes out to each and every one of you who have reached out to me after my previous post about escaping a narcissistic relationship. I'm overwhelmed with love and solidarity for all the brave mommies and mom-to-bes who are courageously raising their little ones on their own.

I see you, I hear you, and I understand the struggles you're facing. As a single mom of three, with another precious baby on the way, I know firsthand the challenges of navigating parenthood alone.

One of our mommies reached out to me in my inbox seeking assistance. Here is her story.

Seeking anonymous support...

I'm reaching out for help and guidance. I've escaped a toxic marriage with a narcissistic husband, but I'm struggling to move on. The emotional, financial, and physical draining has left me feeling lost and trapped.

My question is: Can people with narcissistic tendencies ever truly change? Or is it a lifelong pattern?

Despite my best efforts, I'm finding it hard to break free from the trauma and move forward. I'd love to hear from others who have gone through similar experiences.

Please share your stories, advice, and support. I'm desperate to heal and rebuild my life, especially my children's.

Hey, Bundle of Joy fam! I'm curious... How do you approach naming your little bundle of joy? Do you:

A) Start brainstorming names from the moment you see those two pink lines?
B) Wait until your baby arrives, and then let their adorable face inspire the perfect name?

Let's get real... Naming your child is a BIG deal! It's a decision that'll stick with you and them for life (or until they're old enough to change it themselves, lol).
