With this clean money, they are doing what the government has completely failed to do: they are upgrading the country from the ground up. Instead of completely abandoning or destroying traditional family infrastructure, they are modernising it. They are retrofitting traditional thatched huts with glass windows, reinforced foundations, tiled flooring, and solar power rtcy. They are repairing ancient family buildings instead of letting them crumble and building new.
This is a beautiful act of preservation. They are proving that indigenous African structures do not need to be erased to be modern. This honest, independent work stands in stark contrast to the corrupt, state-funded materiality of POLAD.
