Today we celebrate two important observances: International Day of the Midwife 🩺and World Hand Hygiene Day.🤲

We give thanks for the dedication, compassion, and tireless service of all midwives who walk alongside mothers and families, bringing new life safely into the world. Your care, strength, and commitment make a lasting difference every day.👩🏽‍⚕️

At the same time, we are reminded of the simple yet powerful act of hand hygiene. Clean hands save lives. By promoting proper handwashing, we protect our patients, our communities, and ourselves.🧼🫧🧴

Let us continue to support and appreciate our healthcare workers, and commit to practices that uphold dignity, safety, and life.

To commemorate International Workers’ Day, Sr. Beatrice Magaya (Matron), together with the RSHM candidates, expressed their heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to all the dedicated staff at the clinic.

In recognition of their tireless service, compassion, and commitment to caring for others, the staff was presented with fruit hampers as a small token of appreciation.

We thank each one of you for your hard work and selfless dedication. Your service brings healing, hope, and dignity to our community.

We thank You for the gift of health and life.
We are grateful for the caregivers, doctors, nurses, and all who serve in healing and compassion.
Bless the sick and those who care for them; grant them strength and comfort.
May we always cherish and protect the precious gift of health.
We ask this through Christ our Lord.

Nurse Manyere highlights the importance of introducing a VIAC Cervical Cancer Screening Department at our clinic.

Many women have been losing their lives to cervical cancer due to lack of early screening and detection. This initiative is a vital step in changing that reality.

The RSHM Life Care Centre Clinic is now offering cervical cancer screening services to the community. Early detection saves lives.

We are filled with gratitude to God for this incredible gift to our community—a step forward in promoting women’s health, early detection, and life-saving care.
