Turning up TV or radio volume very high
Ringing in the ears (tinnitus)

Protect Your Hearing 👂
Avoid loud noise and reduce headphone volume
Use ear protection in noisy workplaces or events
Do not insert objects into your ears
Treat ear infections early
Keep ears clean and dry
